A LITTLE ABOUT US….

W.J Hegarty Home Improvements was established in 1977 by Skip Hegarty, with the help of his late father Harry. The business grew from the small beginnings of door knocking, referrals, and news paper ads. His younger brother Tim Hegarty joined the small team to help his brother with his business vision. In the 90’s, Skip married his wife Dawn. She stayed home to take care of the phone calls, the finances, the appointments, and she even delivered job materials while raising all of their children. Now, Skip’s two sons are learning the trade, and helping Skip run his business.

At W.J. Hegarty Home Improvements, we pride ourselves in being family ran. Our main mission is to help families like you accomplish any job you can imagine. Our motto since 1977 has always been, “Small Jobs, a Specialty”.
